There's an old saying that women have:

"I don't care where he gets his appetite, as long as he comes home to eat."

In that spirit, I've dated girls who would themselves point out hot women - or just scantily-clad women - to me when we were out in the world. I made them feel secure enough in the relationship that they didn't worry, so if they saw a nice pair of tits or a great ass, they'd say something, or elbow me and clandestinely point. They knew that I would be "coming home to eat" and not chasing after the random other girl, so there was no reason for her to feel jealous.

Does your man make you feel secure? Does he choose to spend his time with you? Then you likely have nothing to worry about. Him just looking is harmless. Hell, even women enjoy looking at a hot woman.

Pretty much all men have a wondering eye. I mean first of all how did he meet her? Probably by checking out numerous women. Just cause he’s married or for a girlfriend doesn’t mean he stops looking.
