We used to talk much with my male co-worker. He sent me messages. We grew to like each other. Suddenly one day he ghosted me on messenger. We haven't spoken at work since. I don't understand what happened. He doesn't even say hello anymore. And many days go by without seeing him. He avoids me. I was the only one who existed for him at work. Now I do not exist for him. He doesn't seem to like talking to me. I can't ask him. What do you think?

I previously worked with an older woman who had a similar relationship with her male co-worker, she basically sulked over something tiny and blanked him. He never understood what he done.

Later it emerged that she has done this with countless other people too, she just stopped talking to them with no warning. Your guy may be similar

Ask if you want but if he isn’t talking what’s to say he will, always crap to be the last person standing but try to get over it ASAP as he clearly has.
