Should I just delete him?

So there’s this guy I’ve met in person and we mostly just text and follow each other. He has left me on delivered twice on text messages and in his dms. He is active everyday but never says anything to me on social media nor on text. He left me on delivered a week ago and a seven days ago. I uploaded this picture of me two days ago. The picture is with me with my hair down and A little bit of cleavage. I don’t know whether the picture got his attention but I did get a BUNCH of attention from it and the next morning I get a text from him saying Goodmorning with a heart on text messages and his dms. I responded the very next day and was nonchalant with no flirting back. He was basically telling me he misses me which made no sense because I messaged him TWICE and he left me on delivered and was online. I haven’t been flirting with him at all and I think he is feeling rejected. He’s been viewing my profiles weirdly now and I’m thinking of unfollowing him to be honest.

Should I just delete him?
