Why does my boyfriend think I lie on him?

I tell him he said this but he swears the opposite. It's almost like this all the time.

I took accountability and realized some of it is my doing but he needs to take some accountability as well

There's lies, and there's the lying liers, that tell them. If this is about him taking accountability for lying then yes he should take accountability.
