Suppose a guy or a girl crossed by you on road and when they look at you they say wooow bit loud tone looking amazed how would you feel? And will u say anything to them?

I had that once with a woman who looked similar to one I had only one date with since I wasn"t her type. That's why I rather thought this would fail as well if I made a try on it.

It happened with me today we made eye contact while he crossed by me and other people could hear him too
