What to do when husband gives me mixed feelings and has sex with me and claims he was drunk and doesn’t remember?

Husband asked me for a divorce and I have been heartbroken. He said it was because I always interrogate and yell. Yet I only do that because I feel like I’m walking on eggshells and always feel betrayed. He moved out 2 weeks ago and we haven’t had sex in almost a month. He had his mind set and doesn’t want to be with me. We have been together for 10 years, married for 4 with a beautiful 1 year old. He got pulled over last night and almost got a DUI I had to pick him up and take him home. When I took him he had sex with me for hours and was so sweet. When we woke up in the morning he was so cold to me and told me he didn’t remember and he was sorry if he made me feel a certain way. I’m heartbroken. I feel like he made me catch feelings back and he doesn’t remember. It didn’t even seem like he was drunk. I don’t know what to do.

Divorce really sucks. Lawyer up and try to move on. He initiated the divorce so he already told you how he feels. It's terrible that he uses you like that. Don't let it happen again. Next time let him sit in jail.
