Do men want to be talked to after a separation?

U need to ask him rule 1 is communication u two need to understand eachother gag can't tell u what he is thinking

He said he wanted to work on it and go on dates and stuff but that he doesn’t want to overstep my space. Says that he’s focused on himself and that hopefully we can grow closer but like.. he isn’t initiating conversation like he used to throughout the day and he tells me “when you’re not busy maybe we can go out and go do something” but like… all that just seems like a way for him to start seeing other people or for someone else to catch his eye..

I also think it has to do with the fact that my sister and her two kids live with me cause during the disagreement he stated that he only signed up to take care of me and my daughter not her and her kids.. I’m thinking perhaps, he just wanted us to have a place together but I’ve already explained to him how my sister suffers from depression/ptsd and helps me with my daughter so I can go to work and school so I can’t just ask her to move out.
