Guy's Behavior

I think one of my housemates is stalking me or doing something else weird and I don't know what to do?

I am in my second year studying university but doing a year abroad in the UK. I live with 3 others in accommodation and they are all nice people. But there is one boy I noticed taking pictures of me whenever he sees me in the kitchen or leaving for my lectures I see him look through the window. I didn't want to say anything because it's quite an awkward situation and I didn't want to seem weird. But then he started offering to do my laundry and do my washing up and stuff which I didn't mind at first. But then I noticed some of my cups and plates were having stains left on them instead of being clean. And he would always lose some of my clothes when giving them back to me. And I did try to confront him about that but he gets intimidating and kind of threatening towards me. I try to only walk around when I'm fully covered up so he can't touch me. And I am always locking my room door at night in case he tries anything. But apart from that I am not sure how else to solve this.
