Why would my brother have his car cover in a car bag and lock his room when he goes out?

when I carry the car cover I do not use a car bag...

I cover myself with it, extend both my arms and go around like BOOOOUUUAAAHHHH all around the house, till I eventually find my room

so yes, your brother is kind of weird for doing that...
