He said love you already, should I worry? Is it concerning?

I’m dating this boy recently, we both want to commit and are serious about it with what I saw until now. So far everything is good but today he told me love you just before I hang up pur daily call. It’s only been a few weeks … For me saying love you to someone is really important and I take it really seriously and definitely not ready to say it. Should I say something about that? I would like opinions on men concerning this because I don’t know how to take this, I wish he said that later in the relationship, It would make more sense but now… some people think it’s a ref flag, is it?

How do you know that he does not mean it too. Never heard a woman, that liked the guy, complaining about effort to commit.
