My boyfriend has been acting cold whenever I argue with him all he responds is "ok" how can I get a reaction out of him? any ideas or examples?

The argument consist of me telling him what bothers me and he acts like he does not care. I am not arguing just to argue

I just complain about how harshly he speaks to me sometimes I feel like he takes his anger out on me. I tell him it hurts me and most of the time he says he is sorry but lately he just responds with okay and so I’m trying to get under his skin and get a reaction out of him because it is pissing me off
