Are all guys like this when their younger?

So i was friends with this kid when i was younger right and lets say when we were around he had a lets say habit of bossing me around, once he put his hand under my skirt since we all wore uniform and grinded on me with 7 year old me crying for him to stop and that i didn't like. This kid moves away grows up comes back a few years later says he likes you and wants to marry you. I do not believe ishoud be associating with him cause fo rone he is still bossy and touchy bit he listens better and gets the memo when i told him to stop i sucked it up once and went out with him but then he started rubbing my leg, then grabbed my chest tryint to kiss me. He's not a bad person but for one his temper sucks, my nephews 2 nd 3 don't like him and i believe thats a sign in someway. His younger cousins avoid crossing paths with him for god's sake. my mom hateshim, my dads not here, my brother hates him but they don't like anyone but my male frineds say i'm overreacting and its just how guys are like he's way i've been going to all female instituitions like going to all girl schols is freaking rreflex at this point and i fele like spiders are crawling over me when a guy touches more than my arm, Ifigured going out with him would let my brain say hey he's changed u can get rid of the bad stff now but no it just made it worst.
