Mild suspicion. If it's a picture of both of you, surely the friend knows you're likely to see it. I think it very much depends on the situation. Depends on the friend, how much I trusted my wife, the relationship history etc.

I wouldn't overreact. I would bring it up to my wife to gauge her reaction (only if that makes sense to you in you specific situation). But essentially, I'd "take note" of it, file that away in my brain, and move on. 🙂
