chivalry has been long dead, buried and cremated. bringing it back won't do anything.
there was a time when chivalry was rewarded. being a gentleman, having a home, a car and marrying a woman was the way to get sex. nowadays you can be a bully in HS, a fuckboy in college or a criminal thug, all of whom without a home nor a car nor a job nor any manners but only good looks and get laid successfully. guys who are smart are seeing this so why the incentive to be a gentleman anymore when there is more success to be had doing the opposite.
those rules are only later put in place by women who never put them up in the first place but by then it's kinda too late hence the use of shaming tactics.

Yes, because good men are sick and tired of being taken advantage of, at best, and having their lives ruined, at worst. Why should we offer undue courtesy and respect to people who never return the gestures? There’s certainly no “equality” in that. Isn’t equality what we want? When women return to treating men with courtesy and respect, maybe chivalry can come back. But that’s a lifetime away at the soonest. Something tells me it will never happen.
Not in my area. Thank goodness. One bad apple here and there.
yes because most men want max reward for little effort

No, but a wise man uses it selectively. The nice little old lady - or man - across the street is getting mugged, by all means beat the crap out of the assailant. Some random loudmouth gets knocked down for being unruly, MYOB. In other words, be chivalrous like a knight if you choose, just don't be a "white knight."
Nope. Its those who choose to make it dead will kill it
