Guy's Behavior

I don't know what he is thinking?

So I met this guy on tinder about a month ago. We’ve been hanging out a lot and spent lots of quality time and multiple nights together. He took care of me when I was sick and was willing to hang out with my friends so I let him meet my friends. I gradually developed feelings for him and told him that I deleted the tinder to let him know that I see this relationship seriously. After, he also deleted the tinder too and always makes sure that he doesn’t talk to other girls. One day, I got a text from a guy I used to have a thing with and he seemed jealous and told me not to reply him back. A few days ago, he went on a business trip to other province and I just wonder if he has been on tinder since we haven’t talked about being exclusive. And guess what his location has been changed. I do not want to believe that he had been on tinder but deep in my mind I know that tinder only updates one’s profile when opening the app. He’s still talking to me in a sweet way, always checking up on me so I don't know what this guy has in mind and how to take this in and react.
