my boyfriend called another man sexy and it felt so weird to me. he said “he look sexy” referring to one of his friends that’s been in the gym recently then he start yelling and getting excited looking at his pictures like “he look good!” and laughing and talking in a high pitched voice while complimenting him? I’m confused especially at the excited giddy part

When judging someone by picture, I'm comfortable enough with my own sexuality to say a guy is handsome or even attractive, that's about it.
In person, to a friend i might say something like, "looking sharp, man" but not much further lol
