Why he never wish me good morning and good night?

I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. Lol. If you want someone to do something for you either ask them to. Do you tell him good morning or good night and he never responds back? Yeah maybe that’s not good unless you’re contacting him at times that aren’t good to contact like late at night or early in the morning

No I don't think this means anything. This is almost a matter of 'personal style'.

But the best way to get that started is to start wishing HIM "good morning" and 'good night'. Then it becomes something he gets used to. Or you can mention that you'd really like it if he started saying this to you. But if I were you, I would just start saying it first.
