He only text me when he’s saying good night and good morning, is that a bad sign?

I get kinda bored with him throughout the week because other than goodnight and good morning. He tried calling me last week but he got super awkward and nervous, so now he doesn’t at all. I don’t want to say someone and sound needy.. but it just gets boring

I just did this to a girl and many girls. I saw them as friends but I guess they thought it was more and they soon just stay away. But that is my story. And my fault. He probably likes you and so don't take my story in put it in your head. The problem is his subconscious mind isn't compelling him to talk to you. Either that or he is ignorant and thinks he's suppose to wait. You're ignorant too by the way. You should reach out to him. But I don't care about any of that. I'm here to tell you that you need to influence is subconscious mind so that it wants you.

For example, if a hot girls walks in butt all out, she is going to activate subconscious activity in the minds (I don't mean conscious thought but that may happen too) of the dudes in that room. by the way the subconscious isn't a thing; it is activity, movement.

So you need to start influencing his subconscious, so that it is in harmony with what you want him to do. The example I used was just an example. I'm not saying to do that. Another example is when you wake up on Christmas Day as a kid or when you really have to use to bathroom. The subconscious activity that is occurring is influencing your conscious mind as it relates to decision making. When you're scared to go approach that guy, that's your subconscious doing that. It's simply conditioning. That's all "treat others how you want to be treated" is. You're trying to influence their subconscious because it controls them 96% of the time. Ofc if they are thinking then it may not work. Thinking meaning that other subconscious activity is occurring at the time. Like trying to influence an angry person is harder but you can probably think of times when you were angry and then someone did/told you something and it snapped you out of it. Hmm, very interesting perspective.

You’re saying if I treat him how I want to be treated I can control his subconscious? He called me a couple times last week, but he got really nervous and awkward. Then called me back and apologized for being awkward which made things even more weird. Pretty sure he likes me and that’s not the problem. But more thoughtful texts throughout the day would be nice.

I tend to follow the lead. And I feel like I would be bothering him if I tried to text more. At this point this is routine and now I feel it would be awkward.

A bit of advice, even if you don’t wind up with him, when you’re in a relationship it has to be 50/50, or else it won’t work. By saying you want him to take the lead, you’re implying that you want him to initiate and/or carry all of the conversations, and that just doesn’t work. Whoever the man you’re dealing with is, they’re going to want to hear from you as well and not feel like they’re carrying the relationship on their backs. This guy is trying to be consistent by texting you in the morning and night, so maybe you could put in a bit of effort and check in during the day, ask how it’s going, what’s new, ask about hanging out, just something.
If you no longer feel a connection or interested in pursuing anything with him, then that’s fine, but go ahead and be honest — let him know it’s not working out so that he can stop trying. If you are still interested then girl you have to try, just a bit. If not with him then with the next guy, otherwise everything will fail for your lack of effort.
