My friends with benefits is acting weird after we met up, did he have post nut clarity?

My long term friends with benefits recently asked me to get a hotel so we could link up. I did and let him know it was booked, what time check in was etc. He asked me to meet up before too at his job, where we had a quickie and he finished in seconds. I mentioned we’d do more at the hotel later but he acted confused like he didn’t ask me to get it. He then bailed on the hotel after i was waiting there for 5 hours. I didn’t finish and it was unsatisfying Over all. Did he no show because he already finished? He’s also been ghosting when I try to message only responding to some messages and none of the more flirty ones. When I asked about it - he says he’s very busy.
