Are men territorial? Even if they don't want a girl, does it still hurt when she decides to sleep with others?

I'm in that situation where the guy has no feelings for me but got annoyed when i slept with others to the point he acts hurt even after a year.

Possessive isn't okay, actually. You're right, it happens, but it's not okay. But, you're right that sometimes guys don't want a relationship with a girl (or sex) but they also don't want her to have sex or a relationship with anyone. There's ZERO logic to it.
