I don't know what to think of this, am I getting a second chance?

So he went from putting me in ghost mode, saying he doesn’t see us having a future to now since the last time we met up, letting me text him and he told me last night he’s giving me more privileges and to listen to him. Him feeling like I don’t listen to him is a big thing for him. But what does this 180 mean? I’m happy about it and hope it means things could be going in a different direction for us.

Maybe he is starting to realize that you are a good thing in his life. I guess you are going to decide how bad you want this guy because it sounds like he is going to constantly torture you with the hot and cold routine.

I don’t know. I think it’s the fact that we have a lot of history and there’s a lot of feelings involved. My friend said it best, I don’t want to have to start over and go through the same cycle again.

I did it many times before him but I’m hoping that is what he’s realizing and we can get on a good path.
