Ther is an image in most guy's mind of you as you are now and they never want that to change. In reality , we all change. Next time he say that, counter with "Likewise, if you gain weight I 'll drop you like a hot potato". I hope I am wrong but keeping you worrying about your weight is the beginning of a manipulative relatiionship.
