Do nothing. I assume you've apologized and told him this was a mood swing? If so, do nothing else. He might (key word) come back.

But, there are two problems I see with this. First, you wrote that this was a hook up. That sounds like just sex. He has no need to come back. That probably isn't nice to hear, but he has no investment in this. He doesn't need to be screamed at in order to have sex, so he has no reason to talk to you. Second, people with mood swings tend to repeat that. Either there's some underlying medical stuff or that's their pattern of behavior and this guy knows this.

But, maybe he likes you and sex with you and that stuff isn't what he's thinking. Stay quiet for a while. Let him get past being mad. See if he contacts you. Give it a week or two. Then calmly reach out. Once. If he doesn't respond, you have your answer.
