Guys I need your help on my guys behaviour?

Im in a 3 year long distant relationship. He recently travelling all the way from the states to the UK to spend 3 weeks with me for the first time. After leaving he texted me saying he wants to see me again and also called me when he got home to repeat that. Anyway since then which was 2 weeks ago I’ve only gotten 2 calls. He’s been texting but it’s not as frequent (during his evenings) as usual. I flagged to him that we don’t really talk as much as we used to and he said ‘we saw each other for 3 weeks, give us time to miss each other’. He also said that ‘we talked a lot over the phone before meeting because we hadn’t seen each other before.’

How would you interpret what he wrote? Im of course going to back off now but it’ll be good to get a man’s perspective on this

I think you should give a deadline but obviously don't tell him that if things get better within that deadline great. If not it's ok and try to move on. By what you're saying it doesn't seem like he is over he's ex which Is a red flag and there is temptation for him to cheat on you considering that you'll never know what they're doing behind your back unless he discloses it. I've been in a long distance relationship for 3 years and tbh it went south very quickly. It got tiring trying to make it work because when I'm busy with one thing she's free to talk and vice versa. I really thought this was the girl I was going to marry buy it's like when you're on love you refuse to see some red flags and it'd like no I hear these stories about x and I know they'd never do that to me it. And it's almost like you believe you can make it work its just extremely hard work.

I just feel like there’s two many red flags with him but I’m holding onto his good qualities and the bond we have. I know I have to end it. So hard tho

I know exactly what you're talking about, what helped me was finding new hobbies like surfing and spending time with my good friends. I always remained optimistic that my ex and I would get back together but she found another guy in less than a week. After 3 years if grinding a relationship. I personally think it's best to end it before you get hurt.

Difficult to be certain on this, I mean of course it's a negative sign if he isn't seeking to chat with you as much after 3 weeks together. However perhaps he also has a point, you went from only chatting on the phone to spending 3 full weeks together, which probably is very full on for first time meeting each other. So maybe be patient and it might still work out.

Men are extremely simple. If he was into you, he would act like it. Since he's not acting like it, then obviously he's not into you much if at all.
