I am considering working at Twin Peaks but my boyfriend doesn't want me to. What do I do?

My boyfriend is uncomfortable with the idea of me working at Twin Peaks because of the perverted men and the skimpy outfits. I told him it would just be for a few months but he's not feeling it. I've applied to many jobs and they all have rejected me which is why I am considering Twin Peaks. Would it be wrong if I apply knowing how he feels about it? Is he being controlling?

He isn’t paying your bills and he is not married to you so you do what you need to do and if he doesn’t like it, he can leave. I worked at a club while dating my ex and he decided to leave - he was a hassle and a huge reason I needed to work at the club in the first place.

Its not wrong. As in it is your decision to make for your life. That doesn’t mean there won’t be consequences. You just have to decide if it is worth it. As it could end your relationship or make it really toxic. Full of him arguing with you, acting jealous, controlling and possessive.
