He’s been offered jobs in our city and in another bigger city. I know he wants to move to the bigger city. I know his work means a lot to him but do you think he doesn’t care that much about me if he won’t go for the job here in my city?

You both young and each of you has the right to work hard get a brighter future. This is part of life and if that’s his decision then you should respect him. He moved to bigger city doesn’t mean you two cannot have future together. You can definitely work hard and go with him or try long distance relationship see if that works for you. But keep him next to you isn’t the best for him, and by doing that, does it mean you also not think about him?
