What does it mean when a guy lets me take his photo (see below)? Does he like me?

I was at a school football game with him and called out his name. We hung out most of the night. He came over and let me take his photo.

Yes. Very deliberate. :) He likes you. He also knows that you'll now have his pic. That's a connection. It's also a way for him to ask you for the pic and send him or post on socials.

For some people it's hard to get a smile up for a picture because they might be uncomfortable with their smiles being recorded, that's what I mean. The fact he let you take a picture despite that is nice.
