I am trying to decipher older man behavior because I think there is one that has a crush on me. He does the same things boys do, hover, flirt, happily tell me how accomplished he is, etc.
A crush is a short-term thing, I heard any crush that lasts more than 12 weeks is love.
It would be unusual to be in a relationship and have a crush on another woman, that would usually only happen if the relationship was in a poor state.
Think about such a person every single day.
