Fiance friendly to coworkers and goes out of his way to help female coworkers, am I being insecure?

We have a lot of history, and I know he loves me, my fiance is a very friendly guy and his job is working in a call line helping people with different issues.. I know he enjoys helping people and is genuinely a good person.

I struggle with jealously sometimes, I don't really mention it to him, however I worry that him being so eager to help and go out of his way, women will see this as an opportunity and want to progress things further especially work colleagues and I worry about him being so nice and eager to help other women.

The other night when I set an alarm on his phone, I saw an alarm for the next day to help a women with something, the next morning he mentioned one of his female work colleagues, needed something new and she's unable to find it for a good price and that he's offered to help her as his father will be able to get it for a good price for her, he was then messaging her next to me speaking to her about it.

I found it odd he didn't mention it, until I saw his alarm however I figured he probably realised I was going to be wondering about it.

Am I being insecure?

I think without any other reason to raise red flags (texting at late hours, staying late to work) I don't believe there is a real reason to be upset yet here. However that being said, I personally would NOT like this AT ALL. Unless I had been introduced to the girl before or he was extremely open about their work interactions in a way that allowed me to rule this platonic. I think truly that going to fetch something early for a female coworker is really going above and beyond for her, and he should really only be doing things like this as a favor if they REALLY need it, like not that often. I can recall once or twice in the past two years where I went above and beyond to help my colleagues (pick up their kid from work, run out to get them lunch, etc) and I was happy to do it. However to do this routinely I think is inappropriate. There is no problem with being friendly but I think the lines with coworkers can get blurred very easily and I think I would personally want my man, especially one I am to be married to, to be a bit more conservative in this way. Trust your intuition because it is rarely wrong and keep an eye on this.

In my opinion you have nothing to worry about if he is as nice (or even nicer) to you as he is to all these other women. To me it looks like he values women and the everyday challenges they/you face, and that this is the reason he wants to help them. I think that is a big plus, because it means he values you as well. Of course there are things that reserved for an SO, such as deep emotional and physical intimacy. If he is not exclusive with that I would be worried. But unless this is at play, I would say: yeah, you are being insecure.

He ought to know how to reel it in as professional and husband so that his wife is not sleeping well... she's unnecessarily insecure. Gentle conversation maybe... you're coming off flirty even though you are outgoing. It makes me nervous. I hope no one in daily life misinterprets... I am guessing but might as well communicate as if married.
