Why won't he be interested but still stare at me (eyes and mouth wide open) and can't take his eyes off?

You wouldn't stare at someone, when you saw them so many times, and still won't give up when you aren't interested right?

As if he wants me to stare at him. Yeah of course I see him staring, and then I look at him but then more like "okay that's weird" and then I stare the other way until the feeling of someone looking at me is gone and most of the time I am right when I know someone isn't looking.
