If a man’s been chasing you for a year online and in person; then he starts trying to find you on dating sites to hint that it’s him and say he knows your secrets, which you never told him, then he goes back and forth between saying he wants fwbs and then that he’s not ready for a relationship yet, but it’s up to me to decide if we’re in touch then making more after I delete him, what does he want?

If one thing doesn't work, try something different. What he wants should be obvious... he just keeps changing tactics. Reminds me of that meme where there is a guy that say "Tell me what you're looking for in a man, so that I can pretend to be that."

It sounds like he's indecisive and wish washy and wants sex and it also sounds like you need to break off contact. Yuck. Why would you spend a year of your life on this?
