I was talking to the guy I like last night. He doesn’t like hot weather and I don’t like cold weather. It’s a running joke how I’m always cold. He tells me I’m like an alligator always looking for the heated, sunny spot. Towards the end of the conversation, he said, “We’re opposites,” meaning in the weather we like. Is he saying we could never date because of that, or was he merely making an observation?

My wife and I are the same way.
i don't like a lot of heat, and she hates the winters here.
Our joke is that if I die first she will be packed and gone to Florida before they finish filling in my grave.
it is fine, but I understand where she is coming from.
if we were in a warmer climate I could be on my motorcycle a lot more.
It is on my mind.
I'm good here until about new years, then I could leave until about April.
