What does the glare of a man mean?

Is it just sexual? Do they do that only to a woman who he thinks is attractive, but not want a relationship with?

It could be any number of things. Lust. Love. Anger. "Glare" is a negative word. It might not be a glare, necessary.

I guess there's no one name. A glare is when someone looks you in the eyes when they feel anger, hate.

But someone could look you in the eyes because they feel romantic or like you.

It all depends on how they do it... I think the facial expression tells a lot. If someonen glares at you they probably have a frown and a grimace or something.

That means they're attracted to you and they think your body is hot.

Instead of "glare" I would call it "undressing you with his eyes". It's lusty but (hopefully) not violent. He sees your body and wonders how you look underneath the clothes. Like all guys do it, at some time or other.
