Look at the country they're in and then look at the laws there. Is it a place where a woman can literally strip him of cash just because he let her stay the night at his place? like literally nothing sexual going on. It's hit a point where the juice isn't worth the squeeze in some places.

Like for reals is it a place he could end up being on the internet being ridiculed by feminists because he looked in her direction in the gym? Even though she's dressed sexy as all fuck and you can't even tell if she's nude or not until you stare at it for a minute. If it's literally a place where that could happen... as a man, wouldn't it make you at least a little bit like you should avoid women?

There's other reasons... like you want to play video games and maybe have more than 3 beers just because you feel like it? You might end up getting bitched at just because of the video games with a woman... then the beer... things just get worse. I don't blame guys for just opting out of a lifestyle of living like they walk on eggshells to not offend their woman. I partially blame the guys in that scenario because they don't have the balls to be like me... and throw a beer bottle at her and yell at her to "STFU or I'll pin you down and shit in your mouth." ... that should give you a hint why us assholes seem to be so sexually successful while most guys don't get any play at all.

Because the majority of women they have met are immoral. Also, they likely noticed how many women are completely against fair treatment of men, that is why women NEVER do anything to change sexist laws that frequently unfairly harm men.

The women that are supposed to be role models that work in schools are also some of the worst most immoral people around that are likely to be encountered.

women nowadays are worst than the concubines of the 16th century cause at least those women knew how to cook, clean, massage their man after he came home from work/training, raise kids and many other things
