Growing up I lived in a CBS block house on waterfront property. Over the years I've lived in 5 different CBS block houses in Florida. Florida building codes are a bit more strict than most of the country due to hurricanes. There aren't many "trailers" near the coastline. That said, I'd bet "trailers" are nicer than where you live.
