Why don’t guys provide closure?

I liked this guy but he only saw us as friends so I wanted to end things between us. He was hurt and ended up ghosting me. I tried texting and calling he won’t answer and I sent him a text “is it really over” and he left me on read.

He doesn’t owe you anything. You two were just friends. You wanted more, he didn’t, no other explanation is needed. Maybe he doesn’t want to hurt your feelings as to why he didn’t want to date you. Wtf is wrong w chicks these days. You ended it, he didn’t now you expect him to offer you closure lol
