Basically I've decided I'm not going to HR about this as it was said in private conversations outside of work hours and I'm strong believer in freedom of speech that doesn't mean I don't think people shouldn't be held accountable for the things they say.
Theirs this guy at work called Richie and I've always known he was abit of a creep and a prevert and he's very open about it.
I try to be nice and friendly to everyone at work no matter what I really think of that person it's a 8 hour shift so I'd rather get on with the people I work with.
I'm very popular at my work and I have a lot of friends there including males which I don't think Richies realises or he wouldn't be saying the stuff he's being saying to them about me.
I'm very good friends with one of the cleaners and he's a really good lad and has a lot of respect for women so if he hears anything said my the men at work usually when he's cleaning the toilets he usually fill that girl in on what they've been saying about her.
This lad, Louis said to me the other day "fyi Richies going around telling everyone he'd smash the shit out of you" my response was " I don't take that's as a compliment because to be fair he'd probably say the same about you too Louis, that lad would shag anything".
Richie always puts on a nice guy act in front of the pretty girls at work including me and I can see straight through it.
I was telling my other friend Daniel about the stuff Richies been saying about me and his response was "oh shit you know, yeah some of the stuff he says about you is disgusting" I said "I only know of one thing he said about me what else has he been saying" Dan's response was "I'm sorry Alice but I can't bring myself to even repeat the stuff he's said about you to your face"
I know I'm not the only girl and I really want to embarrass him in front of people and make him feel small that boy needs to learn his lesson and learn to be respectful towards the woman he works with.
