Physical touch is my love language however I don’t like receiving it from just anyone?

I do like being in physical contact with someone I like. However when it comes to extending such to others like family members or someone I do not like, I find it very repulsive and cringey. I can’t really pinpoint why.
Does anyone else experience this? Why’s that?

Some people just feel different about strangers / people they don‘t care for touching their body in any way. I think that‘s perfectly normal :)

I thought girls thought if Physical touch is your love language that means you don't have emotional intelligence.

I have experienced that. That might be a sign of deeply in love with someone and may be that relationship not working well.
