I met a teach who thinks my pink pen is red (it's clearly pink) nd another guy which thought the brown dress is black , when it's clearly not

No.

Women have 2 x chromosomes, At birth men have a 50% chance to inherit the x chromesome that enables seeing extra color shades. But telling the difference between red and pink is something that can be done regardless of that, so he probably has partial color blindness, but its not because he's a guy.

Only a relatively small percentage, actually. And most color blindness is only partial, of course. I think, however, people could have a difference of opinion about the shade of ink from a pen even if their rods and cones are working properly.

More men are colorblind but I also heard that on average men have a better depth perception while women are able to differenciate colors better

No, but it IS sex-linked, and so more common among men. Among the non-colorblind, however, men DO tend to have worse color perception than women; natural selection meant it was far more important for you.
