He’s my coworker and he warmly flirts with me. We make a lot of eye contact like in passing too. We lock eyes at times lol whether during convos or across the room.

I have a disorganized attachment style so I’m a mess.

i wonder what he sees in me though to think I’m worth treating like this. And don’t say sex.

Probably the attraction of you being younger than him, your overall physique and body usually also has an appeal with men in general that given younger and older women but it ultimately depends on the man as well. I would ONLY date my age if the guy was mature lol. I’ve dated older, younger, or my age and it’s been all dependent on the men but having an older guy as a husband I can see it lasting as long as he’s a gentleman to me with maturity and respect along with the qualities I’m looking for, I just wouldn’t go for a grandpa age man lol. My range is usually 10-12 years older than which is still attractive enough with a hot appeal.

You seem to look at the bad while he seems to look at the good in you. He may also look at the bad, but he chooses the good over the bad. It is not about sex, and it is not about age either. What he sees is someone worth knowing and maybe even knowing better...
