Why would a guy watch me online and make subtle teasing status's through the years but never sends me a dm?

He responds to exactly what I say back in a new photo with response. It's been happening and I can show you photos...
He's also reached out back in the day I don't know what happened with that but I just know he still watches me

Well it wasn't intentional. I found his music video when he blew up. I commented on two different shows and he only complimented me on both of those.. just me. He's very popular still... I'm not after him at all. But he made that connection and still does. I just feel he's a tease now

I mostly see that I interact with hurtful people now. A lot of people to me are really suffering. I am and have been in a very nice healing journey with my therapist... intensively for 7 months. (In therapy longer) I just now see the gaslighting and manipulation that the ones I call loved ones have been applying on me. Its my fault I didn't leave but because of the nature of how I grew up I was always chasing after the wrong ones. I do not know how to find healthy minded folks. Ones who do not abuse etc. I am good. And I take accountability I am learning lots of things... not passing judgement etc. I take steps back instead of lashing out etc. I really want the best for my unborn daughters life in this cruel world. I'm breaking generational curses and that means to shut all this abuse towards me down. And standing up for myself etc and being a healthy love I expect to recieve. But I'm getting really discouraged
