Guy's Behavior

I asked him if he's been with anybody since his breakup and he said 'not really' what does that mean?

So my friend and I started heavily flirting few days ago, kinda happened randomly. I liked him from day 1 but he was in a relationship, so I moved on but we stayed friends. Anyway they broke up a couple of months ago and now he wants to get back in the game. We both want something casual, so it's perfect. I asked him if he was with anyone since the break up and he said 'not really i honestly didn't have time and was just recovering...' Guys, what does 'not really' mean? I'd assume after a breakup guys would go on a sex rampage, and given that he is fairly attractive and very flirty, I bet he has girls throwing themselves now at him, especially since he's a bartender. I just don't buy it that he hasn't been with anyone... But if true, if I would really be the first one he'll have sex with after his 6 year relationship, what could I possibility expect? We talked so much about sex and I have a feeling is gonna be amazing, but any tips are welome!
