Does my neighbour like me if he makes an effort to be around me?

He usually goes gym at 1pm every single day sometimes I go that time and night or just simply go at night if my afternoon ended up preoccupied. I seen bum notice me walking there from his window then 45 later he shows up at the gym he only did like two exercises so my assumptions is that wasn’t his first time there that day and even the staff member was shocked ! He came up to me and used weights from the area I was using depsite their being plates so many other places..

And if I skip the gym he walks his dog around my house area and we end up bumping into each other (there’s plenty of other grass area’s)
