Is this man trustworthy?

My boyfriend and I have been dating almost 2 years. He is a boss with about 8 employees. We literally just had an argument because his one coworker is always touching him. I came to find out he made sexual jokes to his employees. He even went into work to ask his coworkers about our fight. My question is does this man even really wanna be in a relationship? I dont understand why he always need so much attention. If he is in a relationship does he even think hey maybe that's disrespectful? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

He first of all isn't being professional if he is the boss so that could cause him problems because not everyone likes sexual jokes. Also he isn't respecting your relationship if there is a co worker touching him as you say, it seems like he isn't doing anything about it if she feels that comfortable in doing that. You have to sit down and have a conversation without arguing but really understanding each other. If he changes than it means it matters what you have told him and if he doesn't than it's clear he doesn't care. When people are in are relationship both have to respect each other

a good rule of thumb for these things is: if you have doubt, then there's no doubt. if it smells fishy, don't eat it. trust your instinct and move on.

Depends. That could also lead to self sabotage. I wouldn't say it is 100%. However, it is a good rule of thumb for some people who are right internally.

@DaySpring well if you got to the age 36 without ever trusting someone, then there's maybe an issue with your ability to trust and you'd seek help witht his. but otherwise what i said is generally applicable.

@DaySpring i agree things could lead to. self sabotage. I've given this man the benefit of the doubt. I dont think he's cheating on me but I'm more worried because of his constant need for attention.

Yes he is trustworty. Submit to him and do whatever he says and wants. He looks like a cool person.
