It's great that you recognize your anger issues and want to work on controlling them. Here are some suggestions on how to overcome anger issues:
1. Identify triggers: Identify what triggers your anger, such as certain situations or people, and try to avoid or minimize those triggers.
2. Take a break: When you feel your anger rising, take a break from the situation and give yourself time to cool down. Take deep breaths, count to 10, or go for a walk.
3. Practice relaxation techniques: Practice relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises to help reduce stress and manage your emotions.
4. Communicate assertively: Communicate assertively and express your feelings in a calm and respectful manner. Avoid using aggressive or accusatory language.
5. Seek professional help: If your anger issues are severe or affecting your daily life, consider seeking professional help from a therapist or counselor.
Remember that overcoming anger issues takes time and effort, and it's important to be patient and persistent in your efforts. By identifying triggers, taking breaks, practicing relaxation techniques, communicating assertively, and seeking professional help if necessary, you can learn to control your anger and become a happier and healthier person.

Find a healthy (er) way of letting it out. Go in your room and scream in a pillow, punch the bed, whatever, but don't let it out in ways that will get you in trouble or hurt someone you care about.
Many people will advise that you learn to control it and not be so angry all the time, but having had anger issues myself, I know how hard that is to do.
The only thing that stopped my terrible outburts is a tragedy that to this day I feel responsible for because of my anger. I was baptized by fire and had to learn the hard way.
Now I've learned to let things go and try to remain neutral when I feel myself getting pissed.

Learn from frogs. They work hard to avoid chemicals in the water, specifically atrazine which was found to turn male frogs into fully functional females. So perhaps you're exposed to atrazine and PMSing.
Also frogs know how to just sit under the sun and meditate. It really works. In addition getting sunlight on the testes makes the near infrared stimulate the mitochondria of the testes, as well as the vitamins D produced by sunlight, which the scrotum seems to be dense in receptors for, is shown to inhibit aromatase activity whic is the mechanism of atrazine.
If you're going to meditate anyway, you might as well finish the meditation session with a guided hypnosis to reprogram the subconscious mind to raise testosterone output:

Therefore, I would encourage you to consider a spiritual practice that involves channeling your climactic moments into the Orgasmosphere. It all starts by putting on headphones and training your belief system so that it's in tune with the three commandments.
