No. That is so not normal. Holy shit. It's... so inappropriate its funny. Like it's something that's so unbelievably awkward and not situation appropriate; that all you can really do is laugh when you picture it. I don't mean to laugh at something that is genuinely upsetting for you. But this awkward guy is forcing an uncomfortable laugh out of me!

I don't think its possible to do a more awkwardly inappropriate thing... while meaning-well. I seriously wonder if he understands how bad that was after doing it. I can see it being one of those things you immediately realize was a huge fuck-up... probably while his hand was still stuck out to be shaken. At least I hope he realizes how badly he fucked that up. Because if he didn't... holy shit. I feel like if his basic social skills were THAT bad, you probably wouldn't have slept with him in the first place.

So... what did you do? Did you shake his hand? Did... you do shake his hand as though it was a normal thing to be doing? Did you do it, but look at him really confused and slightly offended? Was his handshake at least confident and firm? Nobody..."thanked" anyone during or immediately after this handshake I hope.
