Is my landlords son in law stalking me?

OK. I’ll try to keep this precise and short. I just leased a house in a gated community from this builder ; and he’s put his son in law in charge of the whole community.

the son in law handles all maintenance or questions.

I know and am NOT delusional that we are both on the same grounds and will run into each other.

this is why I QUESTION. #1 , I’ll be walking my dog privately on another road near the community, he’ll just pull up in his truck to have a weird convo with me. #2 he somehow knows every time I leave my house and where I am on the property. #3 he stopped me on my run the other day to ask me about the size of my TV above the fireplace ; I asked why? He said he needed to know for other residents. I said why don’t they get a tape measure and find their own size. Makes no sense. #4 my heat broke ; and I messaged him to come Monday to fix it. He said he doesn’t work Saturday’s. I said no problem understood , please come Monday. 10 minutes later I get a knock on my door and he’s in boxers and flipflop sandals In my living room fixing the heat ; and I question where he came from because he doesn’t live in the community and how did he go from not wanting to come over to somehow being here. I am 29 he is 44 with a wife and a small son. I only know this cause he gave me bad vibes and I looked him up. I don’t think he’s a stalker but I think he is strange. Any thoughts?
