Been talking to this guy who is 10+ years older then me and he knows I’m younger which I think makes him a bit nervous but we were talking and things started to get heated and he pulls the “I’m not looking for a relationship”? Like why do guys say that when talking starts getting intimate haha

He was right to say that. He's probably just having fun texting you. I did too; I can't explain the taste that is there, but it is. Leave him alone, I'm sorry for any feelings you may have, but it's best to get over with him, or you'll get hurt, despite him having already warned you that doesn't want a relationship. I do not exclude that he changes his mind, but I find it difficult for a male, especially of his age and therefore without fear (I don't think he's nervous as you said), to change his mind
