How do I talk or approach a guy that I like?

he smiles at me and stares at me but i just don’t know if he fully likes me. we are friends which is nice and i want the friendship to grow on and see where the rest goes. how can i talk to him more or text him more than i usually do? cause we don’t text often but we do text sometimes. i also don’t want to ruin the friendship by me having a bit of feelings for him.

The best advice I can give you is DON'T BE SUBTLE. Most girls don't want to be obvious with their feelings and embarrass themselves, so they pull back and drop little hints.
Well unfortunately it's still pretty obvious and to be honest, it's creepy.

The best thing you can do is tell him you want to be more than friends, straight up. It'll show that you're confident and sexy and you go after what you want. That's attractive and he'll respect you for it.
