Totally confused…. help?

I was on hinge and liked a guy’s profile but I never got a response. However 2 weeks later he followed my ig page and I found it strange because we don’t have mutuals and I never put my socials on hinge. I liked a few of his stories and I eventually sent him a hey in his dm. He replied the next day and I replied but he’s not responded yet. He still views all my stories but ignores me. What could this possibly mean?

I've done this before. There are ways to find someone's socials through google searches, or even reverse image search.

I would scope out matches sometimes on IG to see if they were catfishing, or look different, into weird shit, just vet them a bit before talking or asking them out.

I would say if he was really into you, you would have heard from him by now, without needing to reach out. My guess is you fell short somewhere in his mind, and he's just not that interested.

He might entertain you a bit if you reach out, maybe even sleep with you if you make it easy, but I wouldn't count on him actually wanting to date you.
